Celtics vs Heat , season opener

Quite a season opener with Celtics and Heat on the arena tonight. Who will persevere in the first game?

Unfortunately for Miami Heat fans who were expecting the Miami Heat's 3 big players to wing it to championship, it didn't push through. But Boston's Big 3 certainly did good to win 88-80 over Miami in the NBA season's opening game.

Though Celtic's captain Paul Pierce had a sore back due to a fall in the third quarter, he was still the most effective defender on LeBron James with 14 of james' 21 field goal attempts. He also limited James' shooting to under 43% overall. He was also able to assist Ray Allen's 3-pointer which essentially clinched the game for the Celtics.

As Paul Pierce tweeted 3 hours ago: One down 81 to go good start C's which sums up what the Celtics really feel.
